Sarah began her college lacrosse career at Lees-McRae College in 2004 before transferring to UMBC, where she played for three seasons (2005–2007) while earning her degree in Economics.

Before her collegiate career, Sarah was a multi-sport athlete at Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Florida. She competed in lacrosse, soccer, swimming, and cross country, participating in multiple state championships across three sports and capturing a State Championship title in soccer.

Over the years, Sarah has coached a variety of camps and teams, sharing her love for the game and helping athletes reach their potential. She is passionate about developing players both physically and mentally, and her coaching philosophy focuses on building confident, well-rounded athletes who excel on and off the field.
