Coach Stef has 10 years of coaching experience and is currently an assistant coach for 2028 M&D DC and Georgetown Visitation varsity lacrosse. She does private coaching throughout the DMV. Previously, she coached in Towson, MD, at Concordia Prep School for 4 years, leading her varsity team to an undefeated season and IAAM Championship title in 2023. She was also the varsity lacrosse head coach at Quince Orchard HS from 2017-2019. She coached at Blake HS from 2014-2017. Coach Stef started playing lacrosse in 4th grade. She played for Jackals club in MS and HS. She attended Good Counsel HS, where she played lacrosse, field hockey and track. She went on to West Virginia University, where she played lacrosse. Following graduation, she went right into coaching.
