Grace is from Catonsville, Maryland and moved to Washington, DC after graduating college in 2021 to work on Capitol Hill. She started playing lacrosse when she was four years old. She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Politics and Communication. At PBA, she was a 4-year starter for the Sailfish varsity women’s lacrosse team and a 3-year captain. While at PBA, she led the team in goals and draw controls and was the first sailfish ever to reach 100 draw controls and 100 career goals. She received All-SSC Second Team, MVP, nominated for Fresh of the Year and Newcomer of the Year.
